Creating Caring Online Workshops

Former IRI THESys post-doc Cecilie Friis and members of the Postdoc Academy for Transformational Leadership wrote a new blogpost on how researchers can adapt to a ‘virtual normal’.
Creating Caring Online Workshops

The Care Operative, 2020

The current Covid-19 crisis has forced us to shift many workshops, seminars and meetings to virtual formats. In a new blogpost published on i2insights titled Outbreaks, break-outs, and break-time: Creating caring online workshops, the members of the first cohort of the Postdoc Academy for Transformational Leadership reflect on their experience with creating a caring virtual workshop format and share what they learned about contrasts with in-person meetings.

Additional skills and habits needed for great online interactions are identified and shared in a more detailed workshop report published on the Open Science Repository (The Care Operative, 2020).
