Thirteenth Discussion Paper out

For one year, students of the Themenklasse “Sustainability & Global Justice” investigated sustainable nutrition in everyday university life. Their results have now been published as a THESys Discussion Paper.

Sustainable nutrition in everyday university life

The student report is the result of an interdisciplinary research project of the Themenklasse Sustainability & Global Justice in 2018/19. It was written by bachelor's and master's students of Geography, Philosophy, Law, European Ethnology and Integrated Natural Resource Management, and it presents their one-year research on sustainable nutrition in everyday university life.

THESys Discussion Papers provide a platform for the publication of high quality, theoretically and/or empirically rigorous research or review papers, essays, policy briefs, discussions, reports, book reviews, short scientific communication and other more alternative forms of scientific communication which advance knowledge about the human-environment nexus. The Paper Series understand this nexus to mean the outcome of interactions between a biophysical setting and social, economic, historical, and political processes that are manifest in localities, but with consequences at multiple spatial, temporal and socio-political scales.

THESys Discussion Papers are published on the Humboldt-Universität's edoc-Server.
