Support Administration (Student Assistant)


The IRI THESys areas of research reflect the topics that interested me already during my bachelor studies; therefore I am glad to support the institute with my work as a student assistant.” Annika Lüdeking


Annika Lüdeking decided to move to Berlin to start her master degree in physical geography "Mensch-Umwelt-Systemen", after finishing her bachelor degrees in Economics and Geography at the Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg. Within her economic studies arouse her interest in topics concerning Environmental and Development Economics. Therefore kept her focus on these subjects during her geography studies although with a different perspective. It also encouraged her to engage in an internship with the GIZ in Ecuador combining cost-benefit analysis with sustainable forest management in 2013.

She worked as a student assistant at THESys supporting the administration.
