Community Gardens in Paris and Berlin: Two Perspectives - Same Conflicts?

Centre Français of BerlinA documentary on the 2022 exchange between community gardeners from Paris and Berlin will be screened on January 22 nd at the Centre Français of Berlin. The exchange was organized by Graine de Jardins and the Centre Français of Berlin; and funded by the Edible Cities Network project and the Franco-German citizen fund. It aimed to shed light on the opportunities and difficulties faced by community gardens in both cities. The project brought together members from the Parisian and Berlin gardens for four days in each city. The stays were accompanied on film by documentary filmmaker and ethnologist Violeta Ramirez.
