We are looking for one student assistant for the project Looking Across Worlds for Environmental Justice: Interrogating Scientifc Practices of Relating to Indigenous Knowledge (40 hours/month; duration 24 months).

 

Tasks

  • collaborate within the context of IRI THESys project Looking Across Worlds for Environmental Justice
  • literature research and procurement
  • support for academic events
  • preparation for fieldwork

 

Requirements

  • studies in a subject relevant to the position, such as social sciences, law, environmental science, or similar.
  • proficiency in common Office programs.
  • language knowledge: Spanish (at least B2), English (at least B2)
  • knowledge of German and engagement with some of the topics- or willingness to familiarize oneself with them: knowledge production, extractivism, and resistance, is desirable.
