Start & End Point: Kornspeicher (Technical Monument & Cultural Site)

The bicycle tour will loop around Hobrechtsfelde in the north of Berlin to uncover the legacies of wastewater management and reflect on contemporary infrastructure challenges and pathways. Engaging with plant and animal life, Berlin-Brandenburg relations, the tour will mobilise and activate the history of the region. It is organized in collaboration with members of the Berlin cycling community, researchers from IRI THESys Infrastructure Group and the Anthropology of Environment|Human Relations Lab at IfEE.
