Project Staff HEBEDI

Stephanie Ligan started working for IRI THESys in December 2020 in the Research Group Multifunctional Landscapes led by Dr Ina Säumel. Stephanie studied French and German Philology at Ruhr-Universität Bochum and East European History at State University Saint Petersburg and Freie Universität Berlin. Originally trained as a commercial assistant, she has been working as project manager in administration and customer relations for retailing companies for several years. After obtaining her M.A. in History, she was engaged in the cultural sector in Berlin taking care of the collection and organising exhibitions in a museum.

At IRI THESys, Stephanie worked as project manager and researcher in the coordination team of the project “Edible Cities Network – Integrating Edible City Solutions for social, resilient and sustainably productive cities” (EU H2020) and is currently engaged as project manager and researcher in the BMBF funded project HEBEDI – Healthy and biodiverse Edible Cities.
