Coordinator Postdoc Academy and Climate Protection Manager
Wiebke Hampel works for the Coordinating Office of the Postdoc Academy for Transformational Leadership at IRI THESys. IRI THESys is one of four academic centres involved in the Postdoc Academy which is an initiative of the Robert Bosch Stiftung.
Since May 2021 she also works in the climate protection management of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin where she and a colleague create a concept for reducing CO2 emissions at the University.
From January to December 2015, Wiebke was coordinator for the THESys Graduate Program. Her work included the administration of the Graduate Program, development of innovative formats in the research training program, the facilitation of interdisciplinary and intercultural networks among the doctoral researchers and other graduate programs.
Wiebke studied Integrated Natural Resource Management at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, specialized in the field of institutional resource economics and common property regimes. During her study she worked as a student assistant in a research project funded by the BMBF at the Division of Resource Economics, Humboldt-Universität.
